For us, innovation also means exploring more sustainable horizons. Ours is a 360° approach, which is reflected in the choices we make every day and which involves all stakeholders. In addition to adopting green practices, we embrace ESG (environmental, social and governance) issues and strive to align ourselves with the sustainable development goals defined by the UN in the 2030 Agenda. A concrete effort that allows us to actively participate in change.
We have made our commitment to sustainability tangible by adopting and obtaining the Si rating, a tool for transparently measuring, monitoring and communicating our ESG performance.
SI Rating
The Sustainability Impact Rating (SI Rating) uses an algorithm based on international guidelines and standards such as the SASB Materiality Map®, ISO certifications related to sustainability issues, industry best practices and European directives and regulations. ESG performance is calculated with an algorithm based on a hierarchical system of 19 themes and their respective sub-themes, grouped into the three macro-areas of environmental (E), social (S) and governance (G).
In the year 2022 we achieved the START level rating with an overall score of 50%.
Already in the year 2023 we reached the Bronze level of the Rating, which was a target for the year 2025.
We adopt renewable and sustainable energy sources and choose high-performance materials. We invest in state-of-the-art machinery that improves production efficiency, used in the development of innovative collections with optimised designs to minimise waste. In cooperation with TreeBu srl, we have created a forest of 100 Pauwlonia trees that offsets up to 100 tonnes of CO2.
We invest in creating an inclusive and rewarding work environment, promoting gender equality in all levels of the company and encouraging the professional growth of our employees through continuous learning opportunities. We adopt high standards of health protection and invest in safety training programmes. We contribute to community development by collaborating with social cooperatives and supporting local initiatives, such as the ‘San Giovanni Lupatoto Positive Impact City 2023’ project.

We ensure responsible and efficient financial management in harmony with the ecosystem in which we operate. A Code of Ethics based on transparency guides our internal and third-party relations.
